HSE Engineer

The HSE Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that the organization follows all relevant safety standards. You will work with management to identify hazards, develop plans to mitigate those hazards, and implement these plans on an ongoing basis. You will conduct internal audits and HSE walks, problem-solving investigations, and KPI reporting activities as required by Company management. Reporting to the HES Facility Manager, in this role you will prepare and deploy business improvement and correction plans. Experience Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in a multinational company Preferably registered Lead/Internal Auditor in Safety & Environmental in accordance with ISO45001 and/or ISO 14001 A good knowledge of MS Office with advanced skills in MS Excel Ability to analyze data, generate measures, run reports, work under pressure, and deliver effective change within the business Driven self-starter with the ability to take ownership, plan, and react effectively Support maintenance activities by reviewing sub-contract Safe Systems of Work, associated RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements) with relative documents Qualifications: Ideally certification ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001:2018 Ideally qualified professional figure ASPP provided by D.Lgs 81/08 Fluent English is required Additional Information Rotork is the market-leading global flow control and instrumentation company, helping our customers manage the flow of liquids, gases, and powders across many industries worldwide.
