ESG Manager

Job Description We are looking for an experienced ESG Manager to join the ESG Team of Generali Real Estate S.p.A. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of sustainability regulations and real estate, the ability to work in a team, and a results-oriented attitude. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and ensure compliance with sustainability regulations in the real estate sector Develop and implement ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategies to improve company performance Collaborate with various departments to integrate sustainable practices across all business operations Analyze and report ESG data to support strategic decisions Stay updated on sustainability regulations and trends Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in the real estate sector In-depth knowledge of sustainability regulations and best practices in the industry Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong results orientation and ability to manage complex projects Degree in relevant fields (e.g., Environmental Engineering, Economics, Business Management) What We Offer: Dynamic and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional growth Company Profile: Generali Real Estate S.p.A. is one of the world's leading real estate asset managers with around €38.7 billion of assets under management as of end of Q3 2023.
