Sales Corporate Issuers Specialist Apply Locations: Milan Time Type: Full time Posted on: Posted 3 Days Ago Job Requisition ID: R17331 Key Accountabilities Strategic commercial development: develop and execute an effective commercial plan to generate new business and deepen strategic relationships. Revenue management: develop and maintain revenues (including on a recurring basis) with existing and new clients by leveraging on the value proposition of product/service. Product development support: support development of new products and maintenance of existing products in line with client requirements. Relationship management: make tactical and strategic contacts at the management level through client networks and other channels. Product & market development: build specific, sector-oriented knowledge for the various products. Identify market developments and translate them into sales activities (outbound). Client success: ensure that the service/product is successfully delivered to the client and communicate with the client to fix potential issues. Identify cross-selling possibilities. Integrated and comprehensive value proposition: interact with internal stakeholders to ensure that the value proposition of your product/service is comprehensive to notably generate cross-selling opportunities. Your Profile Support sales and relationship management through the generation and processing of new leads related to Issuer Services provided to companies listed on Euronext markets, specifically: Register services (shareholders book, warrants book, bonds book, etc.) General Meetings services (physical, virtual or through Designated Representative) Provide commercial support to non-standard corporate actions of companies with financial instruments dematerialized and centralized in Euronext Securities Milan (withdrawal right, fractions monetization, etc.). Support the commercial activity related to the promotion of non-standard issuances in Euronext Securities, such as: Eurobonds, PIK notes, LLCs equity dematerializations. Provide support on specialized matters relating to Monte Titoli lines of business with Corporate Issuers, and deliver assistance on Euronext strategic projects and objectives as needed. Establish and maintain good working relationships with the key stakeholders internally and externally. Input and update the CRM (Microsoft 365) with all the activities and commercial opportunities encountered as well as keep track of the meetings attended, the related meeting minutes and update contact information for clients. Support Euronext Securities marketing strategy aligned with company’s goals and objectives (articles/interviews, whitepapers, videos, brochures).
