Job Description
We are looking for our next Duty Manager, to drive our team and locations to new heights, whilst delivering great experiences to our valued customers. You’ll oversee all activities at our rental location and ensure we’re running smoothly and profitably with satisfied customers and employees alike.

About The Role
In this role you will be responsible for the vehicle service operation. This includes the wash bay, shuttle drivers and valet staff. The key responsibility of this role to ensure that it functions effectively and efficiently to maximise profitability while maintaining the highest level of service.
What you’ll do
Lead, manage and coach staff and foster a harmonious team environment
Ensure that vehicles for rent meet company standards for cleanliness, mechanical/body condition and roadworthiness
Ensure that returned vehicles are checked for body damage and report where necessary
Ensure that fuel deliveries are handled in accordance with company procedures and relevant health and safety procedures and legislation.
Ensure adequate materials are maintained at all times to meet operating and safety requirements
Participate in the interview and selection process for new staff
Be flexible to work a seven-day rotating roster
Preparation of staff rosters and processing of weekly payroll data
Preparation of daily and weekly reports
Have a working knowledge of work place health and safety legislation and promote a safe work environment at all times

What we’re looking for
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role with the ability to lead and effectively manage and coach employees is essential.
Customer service focus and experience within a service or similar environment
Strong sense of duty and responsibility.
Excellent communication skills.
Confident with Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook
Initiative, confident problem solving and decision making skills.
Full driver’s licence.
