1. Take calls from end users
2. Maintain quality standards
3. Engage in continual learning
4. Analyze and troubleshoot issues (first level IT support)
5. Make good triage and communicate effectively with other teams in writing

It would be great if you stand out for:

1. Advanced Spanish
2. Basic IT troubleshooting skills
3. Organizational skills
