We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Order Management Specialist to join our dynamic Order Management (OM) team. In this role, you will manage the entire order process from initiation to completion, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a multicultural and international environment, collaborate with internal teams and external customers, and contribute to process improvement and innovation.
What will you do?
- Oversee and implement digital projects, including AI and machine learning initiatives.
- Utilize AI and machine learning to optimize order management processes.
- Lead the integration of digital tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage the entire order process from initiation to completion.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external customers.
- Contribute to process improvement and innovation.
What will you need to succeed?
- Educational Background: A degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 6 months of proven experience in order management or a related field.
- Power BI, Tableau.
- Project management.
- Lean manufacturing.
- Digital competencies desirable.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
