As a Sales Representative for Brazil - Brasilia, your main responsibilities will include:

1. Forecasting and planning individual selling targets, executing, and driving results to meet set targets;
2. Keeping follow-up with existing orders end-to-end to ensure the smoothness of order fulfillment;
3. Managing and supporting distributors in the assigned region;
4. Exploring new promising overseas markets and working to enhance Mindray product branding recognition in the local area as well as improve market coverage;
5. Presenting Mindray products at professional fairs and exhibitions;
6. Keeping management informed by submitting activity reports, work plans, and territory market analyses;
7. Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and delivery schedules;
8. Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to the management team;
9. Coordinating with the Service team to solve customer complaints;
10. Providing feedback to the R&D team according to sales status for product optimization.

Requirements:

1. Experience with managing distributors, sales funnel, and preparing proposals;
2. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in engineering or equivalent, mechanical and electrical engineering, bio-medical, human science, or related disciplines;
3. Minimum 3 years of working experience in international sales, with sales experience in the field of Medical Devices preferred;
4. Excellent communication skills in English; working knowledge of French/Russian would be a plus;
5. Excellent capability in business expansion and account management;
6. Able to travel frequently.
