Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Brookfield's Travel and Expense program in Brazil, managing the relationship with the travel agency.
  • Negotiate contracts with airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and other travel suppliers.
  • Maintain and update travel policies, ensuring employee compliance and engagement.
  • Manage the corporate credit card program and related payments.
  • Provide support and training to employees on travel policies and best practices.
  • Analyze travel data and reports, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to corporate travel, expenses, and supplier performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Tourism, or related fields.
  • Experience managing corporate travel programs and familiarity with travel systems, such as OBT CTM/Argo, SAP Concur Expense, CTA, CTAH, B2B Pay, Uber, or related.
  • Strong negotiation, data analysis, and contract management skills.
  • Proficiency in English communication and advanced Microsoft Office and Google tools.
