Business Controller

Business Control work focuses on:

1. Follow up, analysis and clear explanations and comments regarding actual results, forecasts and targets.
2. Support profitability analysis.
3. Preparation and validation of business cases and investment proposals.
4. Driver of improvements in both reporting and forecasting accuracy.
5. Consolidation and on-time reporting of actual, forecast and target results.
6. Joint responsibility with Financial Control for a standardized reporting, forecast and target process.
7. Support Performance Management process, including KPI development and implementation.
8. Driver of Net Working Capital efficiency and overall business performance.
9. Provide tools for a standardized way of working within Business Control.
10. Provide administration support of Finance IT tools in day-to-day operations and as Finance representative for future developments.
11. AND/OR Support CFO, GEM and the Board with performance management of the Group by providing business decision support through qualitative and quantitative analysis of business performance and fit-for-purpose tools.
