Are you passionate about project management in the supply chain field and have an analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement? Join our team as a Process Improvement Advisor, where you'll play a crucial role in optimizing our processes Your responsibilities: Coordinate supply chain projects from start to finish, overseeing every phase of their lifecycle to ensure success. Actively participate in supply chain transformation projects, including ERP tool development, business integration, and team training. Lead continuous improvement projects with a hands-on, problem-solving approach, while adhering to project management methodology and company culture. Identify opportunities for optimization within the supply chain and propose corrective actions or improvement projects to support strategic objectives. Evaluate, develop, and test new solutions, ensuring they meet operational needs and client expectations. Prepare documentation for meetings (agendas, minutes, visual aids) and create training materials for new and existing tools and processes. Develop performance indicators to measure the impact of implemented improvements and compare results to established targets. Train and support stakeholders on new processes and tools, ensuring effective adoption. Demonstrate positive leadership in change management, motivating teams to achieve common goals while respecting the company's vision and values. Collaborate with different stakeholders to resolve issues, ensuring clear and constructive communication. Maintain strong working relationships with all internal collaborators and external stakeholders. Apply supply chain policies and procedures, while actively contributing to the improvement of these practices. If you want to be at the heart of innovation in supply chain management, and enjoy taking on challenges in a dynamic environment, this position is for you Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Operations and Logistics Management) or Industrial Engineering 8 years of experience in procurement, including a minimum of 3 years in project management Proficiency in MRP concepts Experience with ERP software/implementation (JDE, AS400, or Optimiza is an asset) Experience in business integration and process mapping Bilingual (English and French), both spoken and written Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (intermediate/advanced) Good knowledge of Jira, Visio, project management software, Access (an asset)
