Personal Assistant to SVP Global Procurement (f/m/d)

In the role of Personal Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Global Procurement and the Vice President of Culture & People TechOps, you will be responsible for providing executive support within a fast-paced international environment.

What you can expect
  • You actively support two executives and their international teams in the administrative and organizational areas.
  • You independently manage a complex calendar.
  • You plan, coordinate, and book worldwide business trips, including visa procurement, compiling travel documents, and managing expenses.
  • You are responsible for processing purchase orders and invoices.
  • You assist in refining presentations, prepare contracts for signature, schedule internal calls or meetings, organize team meetings and events.
  • You act as a contact person for internal departments, suppliers, and consultants for all relevant issues.
Who we are looking for
  • You have accumulated several years of professional experience in the executive assistant field within an international corporation.
  • You possess an excellent command of English and proficient German language skills, both spoken and written.
  • Your expertise extends to event and project management.
  • You demonstrate self-motivation and work independently with efficiency and precision.
  • Additionally, you exhibit strong organizational, team, and communication skills.
  • Ideally, you have previous experience in the pharma generics industry and/or procurement.
