My client who are one of the pioneers in security solutions in Germany are looking for an experienced C++ Software Developer to join their Anti-Spam R&D team.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust, scalable software solutions to address security challenges in the email domain.
• Implement high-performance, multi-threaded applications that handle large datasets efficiently.
• Participate actively in peer code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and solve complex challenges.
• Continuously enhance and optimize code for performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of programming experience in C++.
• Proficient in multi-threaded programming, with a strong understanding of distributed architectures and networking.
• Skilled in profiling, optimizing, and developing high-performance systems.
• Comfortable developing on Linux and experienced with source control tools (Git).

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with RDBMS/SQL and experience with additional languages like Python, Lua, or Go.
• Knowledge of email protocols and security technologies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for learning and adapting quickly to new challenges.
