Service Dispatcher

We have partnered with an international HVAC solutions provider is seeking an experienced Service Dispatcher to manage and optimize service dispatch operations within Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service Dispatching: Coordinate the daily deployment of technicians to client sites, ensuring that service calls are assigned based on priority, technician availability, and geographic location.
• Scheduling & Planning: Develop and manage schedules for service teams, taking into account work orders, technician skill sets, and travel time to maximize efficiency.
• Resource Management: Oversee the allocation and dispatch of equipment, materials, and spare parts required for each service job, tracking inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers as needed.
• Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service schedules, job updates, and service delays, delivering clear and timely communication.

Profile Requirements:

• Experience in a dispatch or logistics coordination role, ideally within a technical or field service environment.
• Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) and MS Office (Excel, Word). Familiarity with service management software is an advantage.
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities, with a proven capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
