Job Description

The Role:

Aid in the design, development, and expansion of our modular, renewable energy-powered direct air capture (DAC) technology to create dependable, scalable systems.

Manage and improve industrial operations by collaborating with cross-functional teams, solving technical challenges, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Oversee process enhancements, maintain detailed documentation, and engage with external partners to facilitate the successful rollout of our technology.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the design and scaling of DAC technology integrated with modular renewable energy systems.
  • Guide the optimization and enhancement of industrial processes to achieve high reliability and performance.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across material science, electrochemistry, and systems modeling.
  • Ensure strict adherence to industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee process documentation, including P&IDs and technical reports, to maintain high operational standards.
  • Coordinate with external engineering teams and stakeholders for seamless project implementation.


Skills and Experience

  • Master’s or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Over five years in process engineering, with expertise in industrial-scale systems and electrochemical processes.
  • Skilled in designing and optimizing industrial processes, including creating P&IDs and using process simulation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of electrochemical systems, industrial equipment, and regulatory standards.
  • Proven experience in leading complex projects, ideally scaling from laboratory to industrial scale.
