Chemical Regulatory and Compliance Specialist - REACh


We are now hiring for an chemical regulatory and compliance specialist to join a growing scale-up.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards for consistency and compliance throughout the organization.
  • Ensure that the organization complies with relevant regulations and certifications, such as the ISO-certification, REACH or waste licence.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality tests, inspections, and corrective actions. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate performance metrics and trends to management and stakeholders.
  • Plan and supervise internal and external audits, e.g. from suppliers, certifications or clients.
  • Provide training and support to employees on quality standards, safety procedures, and best practices. Foster a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement throughout the organization.


Qualifications / Experience needed

  • MUST be fluent German and English
  • Degree in Environmental Science and any related Engineering or other field
  • Experienced in a quality management, compliance, or occupational health and safety role.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements & compliance standards, as well as experience with conducting audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
  • A strong passion for sustainability and driving positive environmental impact through innovation.
