We are seeking a talented designer to elevate our app and internal tools and customer support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with product managers and developers.
  • Own the design process from wireframes through to end-to-end flows and prototypes, focusing on simplicity and user-friendliness.
  • Identify areas for enhancement across multiple products, including the user app
  • Design new tools from scratch and support their implementation.
  • Conduct research and user testing to ensure your designs solve user problems effectively.
  • Develop and refine our design system for consistency across all interfaces.


Our Ideal Candidate

  • You are user-centered, with an empathetic approach to UX.
  • You have 3+ years of UX/UI design experience, with a portfolio showcasing your product design work.
  • Ideally, you have experience with both B2B and B2C products.
  • Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools; experience with design systems and a knack for using or building components as needed.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, with an eye for both big-picture and detailed improvements.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with excellent prioritization skills.
  • While tax knowledge isn’t required, a willingness to learn is essential.
  • Fluency in German (C1 level) and a work permit for Germany.


Bonus Points

  • Experience with UX writing and a knack for clear, accessible language.
  • Some programming experience or the ability to create basic prototypes.
