The role:

As an AI Tech Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of technology scouting and innovation. You'll identify where AI can make the biggest impact, work closely with internal teams, and implement custom solutions. Your work will help shape the future of AI in waste management.

Responsibilities:

• Scout and identify AI technology that can drive innovation in waste management, operations & organisation
• Evaluate and customize AI solutions for specific needs
• Collaborate with internal teams on generative and predictive AI projects
• Lead the technology implementation process for AI PoCs
• Stay updated on the latest trends in AI and waste management

Ideal Profile:

• Proven experience in AI technology and data science (1+ years)
• Strong expertise in generative and predictive AI
• Ability to evaluate and adapt AI tools to industry-specific needs
• Passion for technology innovation and sustainability
• Problem-solving mindset with strong collaboration skills
• German level B1
