As a Sales Manager for our Account Management team within our Public Sector customers, your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth from our valued customers, ensuring the achievement of annual sales targets, customer retention, and satisfaction goals. You will collaborate closely with the Account Management team to maximise opportunities and deliver exceptional value.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure the attainment of sales and customer satisfaction targets.
· Proactively engage with all customers on a regular basis, with a minimum frequency of once every 90 days.
· Prepare comprehensive activity and forecast reports for review by the Executive team.
· Foster strong relationships with customer leadership teams and gain a deep understanding of the internal and external factors influencing their business.
· Present MHR's strategic vision to customer leadership teams, aligning our goals with theirs.
· Provide support for Sales and Marketing initiatives aimed at driving pipeline and sales.
· Work collaboratively with customers and internal teams to develop joint vision roadmaps outlining the value that MHR will deliver.
· Partner with New Business and Marketing to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the customer, including internal and external influences, and align relevant campaigns accordingly.
· Actively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring robust coverage to meet or exceed sales targets.
· Engage with prospects to articulate the value proposition of MHR and drive deals to successful closure.
· Maintain detailed records of daily activities in Salesforce to monitor and assess performance.
· Ensure that all customers can serve as positive references.
· Collaborate with the Customer Success team to proactively address and resolve issues, with a relentless focus on enhancing the overall customer experience.
· Demonstrate experience in B2B sales or a customer-centric environment.
