Job Description
What you’ll do
As an Area Manager, your primary responsibility will entail ensuring the delivery of high-quality, legally compliant care support services within our South London jurisdiction, in accordance with the business objectives of City & County Healthcare Group. Additionally, you may be required to fulfil the role of Registered Manager for specific sites as needed.
Qualifications
What you need
Proven leadership experience in the social care sector, ideally in domiciliary care or extra care schemes
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and experience with CQC inspections
Solid understanding of extra care services
Up-to-date knowledge of social care regulations
Excellent organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience in staff management and financial awareness
Strong leadership, communication, and adaptability skills
Passion for delivering service excellence
