Digital Change Analyst | £45,000 - £55,000 | Law | Hybrid

Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and supporting teams through change? We’re looking for a Digital Change Analyst to join one of out Legal clients! This role will be instrumental in planning, executing, and managing change initiatives to support the successful adoption of AI focused digital solutions across the organisation.

As a Digital Change Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders at all levels, collaborating with project managers, product owners, and end-users to ensure digital tools are adopted smoothly and effectively. You will analyse the impact of digital initiatives, create change management strategies, and deliver clear communication plans to guide our teams through transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Engagement: Work with project teams, business leaders, and end-users to understand their needs and ensure they are informed and engaged throughout digital change processes.
• Change Impact Analysis: Evaluate how digital initiatives will impact existing workflows, roles, and culture, and design strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Training & Support: Develop and deliver training programs, materials, and support systems that equip users with the skills and confidence to adopt new digital tools and systems.
• Communication: Create and implement clear communication plans to ensure stakeholders are aware of the purpose, benefits, and progress of change initiatives.
• Change Readiness Assessment: Conduct assessments to determine organizational readiness for change, identifying potential risks and resistance, and recommend proactive solutions.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and report on the adoption and effectiveness of digital change initiatives using data to recommend adjustments as needed.
• Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback post-implementation to improve change management processes and support continuous improvement of digital solutions.
