Up to £56,000 plus bonus

A finance company is seeking an Operations Performance & Reporting Manager to join the team.

THE ROLE

This is a new role in the operations division aiming to shape a growing team to enhance performance, reporting, and monitoring capabilities. You will be responsible for overseeing data access and integrity, building and executing the strategy to improve the reporting process, developing models and dashboards, and creating actionable insights and recommendations to present back to the business.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Strong experience in reporting and visualisation
• Experienced in tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Strong Excel experience
• Excellent experience in presenting insights to stakeholders
