Performance Analyst
Location: Remote – 1-2 Days a month in the Newcastle Office
Contract until end of December and then an extension from January for 3-6 Months
Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Performance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key performance indicators (KPIs) and developing performance metrics to accurately measure and analyse our organisational performance. Your insights will be instrumental in driving strategic decision-making and optimising operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain comprehensive KPI frameworks to measure organisational success.
Analyse performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish performance metrics that align with business objectives.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance performance and achieve targets.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarising performance outcomes and suggesting improvements.
Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of performance measurement systems
