Motor Claims Handler

My client are an accident & repair management specialist who are looking for Claims Handlers to join their team. The idea candidate will have experience in either taking First notification of loss enquiries or claims handling.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Manage end-to-end claims repair cases from initial report to completion
* Coordinate with fleet work providers, clients, and repairers to ensure timely and efficient repairs
* Research and select suitable repairers from a vast network based on specific repair needs
* Update and maintain a bespoke case management system with detailed progress reports
* Liaise with insurers and engineers to address liability queries and recover costs
* Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving
* Adhere to strict service level agreements and timelines
Salary and Benefits
* A starting salary of up to £26k dependent on experience
