A well-established groundworks & civil engineering contractor covering Kent and Essex for residential developers both regional and national.

Role: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Kent

Salary / Package: Up to £70,000 (DOE) plus car / car allowance, bonus scheme.

Site Meetings Requirements for the Quantity Surveyor:

A minimum of 4-5 years experience ideally with a regional civils / residential groundworks contractor.
Working knowledge of NEC/ JCT forms of contract.
Previous experience in Groundworks & Civil Engineering (S278, 106, drainage, foundation, roads & sewers).
Self-motivated
Team player
Conversant with MS Office packages
Degree qualified /undertaking HNC or BSc in Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management would be advantageous
