Fabric Engineer – High-End Properties – Belgravia (SW1X)
Location: Belgravia, SW1X
Salary: Up to £35,000 + Overtime
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

We’re looking for a skilled Fabric Engineer to join an onsite maintenance team at one of the world’s largest facilities management providers, servicing high-end properties in the prestigious Belgravia area. Working alongside a team of 10+ professionals specializing in electrical and mechanical work, you’ll be a crucial part of maintaining and enhancing premium properties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting planned and reactive maintenance
* Performing repairs, minor plumbing, and general building services
* Providing exceptional client service with strong communication skills
* Completing work in a polished, professional manner
