Be-IT are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to lead a projects team in executing high-impact implementation / software projects worldwide.
In this role, you’ll manage project timelines, build strong customer relationships, and drive team performance to ensure top-tier service delivery.
With your experience in project management and a customer-centric approach, you’ll help shape growth and direction of the business.

Experience in a senior / leadership role with particular focus on managing service delivery of implementation / software projects.
Project management experience within the software / IT industry.
Experience with project management tools like Jira to plan, track and report on service delivery projects.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Knowledge of software implementation processes, including requirements gathering, system configuration and user acceptance testing.
Experience in coaching and managing service delivery professionals.
Customer-centric mindset, always looking for ways to enhance the customer experience.
A problem solver; strongly analytical, with an eye for detail
