Location: Oban
Salary: £29,000 - £31,000 per annum + Benefits (including bonus)

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Store Manager or an ambitious Assistant Manager ready to step up into a dynamic leadership role within a customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, including staffing and customer service delivery.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and maintain brand excellence.
- Open and close the store while managing security and operational procedures.
- Work within company targets to achieve financial goals for the store.
- Recruit, train, and develop a motivated and customer-centric team.
- Manage in-store merchandising, stock levels, and visual presentation in line with brand standards.
- Track and drive performance across sales and KPIs, ensuring maximum productivity.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in retail management, ideally within a 1-2-1 service environment.
- Strong track record of meeting sales targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Adaptable, energetic, and passionate about driving store performance.
- Commercially minded, able to make quick decisions, and responsive to change.
