Job Description

My Client, a leading food manufacturer based in West Yorkshire, are looking to appoint a Reliability Engineer with FMCG experience to ensure their machinery is operating at peak performance with minimum downtime. This opportunity is perfect for somebody who is self-motivated, driven and organised.

Shift: Monday to Friday DAYS

Job title: Reliability Engineer

Reporting into the Chief Engineer you will initially be well supported in learning the machinery and establishing a clear plan/targets with regard to machinery reliability and KPI Targets to ensure you both have a clear understanding of what is possible.

Realiability Engineer - Key responsibilities - Food, Maintenance, TPM, FMCG, Breakdowns, Asset Care

* Asset Care Management
* Responsibility for PPM schedule for the department
* Ensure downtime of machinery is minimised
* Suggest improvements to machinery to enhance performance
* Root cause analysis of current/potential issues and communicate well with management.
* Communicating with Production in a professional manner to identify where efficiencies can be improved.

Realiability Engineer - Key skills - Food, Maintenance, TPM, FMCG, Breakdowns, Asset Care

* Have a relevant Degree/Qualification
* Previous experience in FMCG, preferably Food Manufacturing
* Previously examples of improving machinery reliability / Asset Care Management in a similar environment
* Be willing to be flexible to suit the business
