Your new role
This position is working within the Accounts Receivable and Service Delivery team and the role’s main activities are: co-ordinating ‘office management’ activities across the Centre of Excellence (COE), supporting projects, managing company information on various portals used for bidding activities, managing content on the company intranet for COE / Finance related policies and procedures.
The role would report to the Service Delivery Manager and then to the Head of Accounts Receivable. You will support the COE Director and be responsible for the production and distrubution of various reports. Management of various online portals, training days, designing and developing multiple SharePoint sites and managing all the administration of finance students undertaking their exams.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have exceptional organisational skills, advanced Microsoft Excel skills and a good working knowledge of Oracle Accounting software.
