Site Services Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description
Zenith People are pleased to be working with our client who are looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Site Services Supervisor on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will Supervise a Team of Maintenance Technicians working in a High Volume, Fast Moving Manufacturing Environment ensuring that all preventative and planned maintenance is carried out too timeframes/schedule.
You will also be responsible for the upkeep and management of building services including compressed air, chilled water, gas-fired steam boiler and LTHW plant, clean/dry room dehumidification and general HVAC plant, LEV and VOC extract systems, fire detection and suppression systems.
Further duties include:-
* Schedule, allocate, and prioritise work orders, ensuring efficient resource management.
* Day to day upkeep and management of site services including de
* Management of major breakdown incidents, restoration and corrective maintenance.
Experience and Qualifications Required:
* Previous experience in a relevant site services or mechanical maintenance/engineering role.
* Previous experience working in a Management/Supervisory role
* Knowledge of relevant Health, Safety and Environmental compliance requirements.
* Strong PC skills including MS applications, MS Project and AutoCAD or similar applications.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical and presentation skills
