Handy Person Required in Portadown for Response Maintenance

Your new company
Handy Person required immediately to work with our client, NI Housing Executive. This role will be working alongside patch managers and tradespeople to undertake a range of tasks on buildings in the Portadown area. This role also requires you to have a driving licence for transporting supplies and tools to sites.

Your new role
This would typically include duties associated with the fitting of security screens, roof work repairs (tiles and chimney), patching of plaster and brickwork, concrete paths andErecting metal handrails, sewer repairs, flagging and other general labouring tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
• Preparing and Laying Concrete and Flags• General maintenance duties include removal of fixtures and fittings, basic repairs.
• General Labouring duties to including shovelling and moving supplies when needed
• Use of power and hand tools
• Working alongside skilled tradesmen
• Previous experience in a similar role.• Undertake an Access NI police check.
