Work within a major multidisciplinary engineering consultancy with a market-leading national reputation, with 22 offices across the UKVaried and challenging workload - you will be responsible for your own exciting portfolio of work, tasked with preparing bridge designs, assessments, maintenance, DMRB, MCHW, water proofing, weight-bearing capacity, and joint replacements across highway and rail-related structures utilising CAD, Lusas and MidasGrow your leadership skills by running a team of a mixture of engineers and technicians, within a team of 13 in the bridges departmentWork within a department who are managing a £4 million annual project portfolio with a highly varied workload of 6 months up to a few yearsFlexible and well-compensated - Paying up to £60,000 for a Chartered Engineer, 2-3 days WFH, flexible hours, pension, 25 days' holiday and organised work events all on offer
What you'll need to succeed

Your new company are open to Chartered Bridge engineers with 5+ years practical UK design experience in a consultancy environment, capable of providing a high level of technical service and support to juniors (paying between £55,000 - £60,000).
