Job Description
Lead Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider has arisen! We are currently recruiting a Lead Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to supervise a team of 12 engineers at a prestigious university campus in SW London!
You will also have 4 team leaders responding to you.
Working Hours: 08:00-17:00 , Monday to Friday
Responsibilities of the Lead Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
·Planned Preventative Maintenance of all plant associated with HVAC systems
·Replacement of bearings, seals, filters, and associated components
·Knowledge of general building services practices
·Strong Mechanical experience with some Electrical knowledge
·Bulk of the work includes emergency lights, fan coils, AHUs, pressurisation vessels, pumps
·Ensuring that all statutory building compliance is upheld
About You as a Lead Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
·Qualified In a Mechanical discipline with certificates.
·Plumbing and Mechanical skills
·Experience with PPM’s on commercial systems
·Steady and progressive work history
·Experienced in work on large scale building services applications
