Quality Engineer

£40,000 - £45,000
Are you an experienced Quality Engineer with a background in manufacturing or engineering? Join a leading specialist in aerodynamic research, providing solutions to top aerospace and defence clients. This role places you in a dynamic facility and work on innovative, custom projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance: Support and guide quality-related matters across the organisation.
Policy Deployment: Implement and oversee quality policies, procedures, and standards.
Root Cause & Continuous Improvement: Investigate non-conformance issues and drive corrective actions.
Auditing & Compliance: Manage audits and ensure compliance with training and competency standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a manufacturing/engineering setting.
HNC, degree, or equivalent in a technical discipline, with knowledge of ISO 9001.
Trained auditor with expertise in continuous improvement principles.
