Job Description
To lead the Projects Engineering team within the Private Networks business. Fully accountable for H&S, technical development of engineers, technical delivery excellence and supporting the sales team to identify the correct technical solution.
* To operate as a member of the Private Networks senior leadership team, building strong working relationships with your peers and driving positive change across the business.
* To work closely with the Operations Manager (Projects) to ensure sufficient available and suitably skilled resource whilst maximising utilisation.
To work closely with the Sales Leaders to support key account planning, broadening and deepening customer relationships and ensuring high quality delivery
