Job Description
Job Title: Water Treatment Engineer.
Location: Woking, Surrey.
Salary / Benefits £24k - £36k + Training + Benefits
We are working closely with an established Water Treatment / Water Hygiene company with a strong presence in the South East who are now seeking to take on a Water Treatment Engineer. You will be joining a longstanding & established team of engineers, working on Industrial, Local Authority, and Government sites. This role would suit someone who is looking to join a forward-thinking company who prides themselves on training their employees to a high standard. For the successful candidate, they can offer a company van, generous holiday allowance and opportunities for overtime.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Will have experience working for a reputable Water Treatment / Water Hygiene company working hands on as a Water Treatment Engineer.
" Able to organise workload in line with company needs.
" IT literate, able to update onsite logbooks.
" Excellent communication skills.
" Well versed in HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
The Role:
" Carrying out tank cleans and disinfections.
" Closed system sampling and analysis.
" Dosing systems with biocides and inhibitors.
" Servicing CLO2 units.
" Carrying out cooling tower cleans and disinfections.
" Sampling and analysing of LTHW and CHW systems.
" Showerhead cleans and descales.
" TMV servicing, installing, repair and replacement & failsafe testing.
" Routine water sampling and temperature monitoring.
" Ensuring work is carried out in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Updating onsite logbooks in a timely manner.
