Job Title: Technical Design Engineer
Location: Staffordshire
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Hours: Mon-Thurs: 08:30 - 17:00, Fri: 08:30 - 15:00

Responsibilities:
Design bespoke material handling systems using SolidWorks and related design software.
Work with sales teams and clients to develop innovative solutions.
Create detailed technical drawings and compile bills of materials.
Manage project timelines, ensuring designs are delivered on time and within budget.
Assist the technical team on-site when necessary, providing expert input. (Travelling when required)
Drive continuous improvement in design processes and cost efficiency.Key Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant Design Qualification.
Experience with SolidWorks, Draftsight Autodesk, or similar design software.
Knowledge of light fabrications and technical design.
Ability to manage multiple projects, working both independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and energetic approach.
