Quantity Surveyor – Residential Developer – East London/Essex, IG11
This Quantity Surveyor position is for a well-known residential developer on a major phased development in East London. The new phases are in the early stage of construction, so this is likely to be a long term freelance contract of over 12 months.
This Quantity Surveyor role will be based on site, and you will work within a surveying team of 4 and will report to a Commercial Manager. Being a major residential developer for a prominent company name, you will have experience of RC Frame residential apartment blocks and phased developments for other well-known companies. You will as a Quantity Surveyor have over 5yrs post graduate experience and be capable of managing various sub-contractor accounts. You must be currently based in the UK and have a recognised Quantity Surveying qualification.
