An exciting opportunity is available for a Midweight Graphic Designer to join a growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a strong brand identity while keeping the core values in mind. This position is full-time and permanent, offering a competitive salary.
Main Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong online brand identity.
- Prepare and present ideas.
- Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer to create innovative concepts.
- Design ad layouts, illustrations, and other brand materials using Adobe software.
- Create website banners and email content.
- Select appropriate imagery and layouts for each design.
- Amend designs based on feedback.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Work with other creatives in the design team to maintain a unified vision and consistent branding.
- Use initiative to creatively respond to brand and social briefs.
- Stay updated on design and multimedia trends and the latest software developments.
- Present final design concepts, including specifications for fonts, images, colors, text, and layout for approval.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure content aligns with the overall strategy.
- Work alongside the eCommerce team to meet all creative requirements.
- Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Requirements, Skills, and Experience:
- Experience working for a clothing brand, preferably in activewear.
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Proficient in Adobe applications, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- An 'ideas person' with a can-do attitude.
- Passionate about design with a keen eye for graphics.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong image editing skills.
- Effective time management skills, with the ability to adhere to tight deadlines and schedules.
