Are you a driven solicitor with over four years of post-qualification experience in corporate finance? Do you have a passion for technology and life sciences? If so, my client is seeking a highly skilled solicitor to join their corporate finance team, working with cutting-edge companies at the forefront of innovation.

About the Role:

You’ll work closely with dynamic tech and life sciences clients, supporting high-stakes transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and fundraising initiatives alongside a stellar group of Partners and senior associates.

The team is not top heavy by any stretch of the imagination and progression will be readily available for standout candidates.

Your expertise will help businesses navigate complex regulatory landscapes and drive strategic growth, making a tangible impact in the ever-evolving tech and life sciences sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on corporate finance matters, advising clients on M&A, joint ventures, venture capital, and more
• Work with early-stage companies and established organizations to support strategic growth
• Provide high-level regulatory and transactional guidance in technology and life sciences
• Collaborate across disciplines to offer holistic legal solutions

Qualifications:

• 4+ years PQE, with a strong background in corporate finance
• Experience in or passion for technology and life sciences
• Excellent client management and project leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
• Exceptional attention to detail
• One eye on tomorrow
