Job Overview:
An outstanding opportunity has opened for a 2 year+ PQE Solicitor to join an established and highly regarded Commercial Property team in Cambridgeshire. This role is perfect for a professional looking to join a growing, friendly and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of files including commercial leases/occupiers, landlord and tenants, freehold and lease hold acquisitions and disposals, grants of easement and property finance.
- Handle complex transactions such as development and agricultural projects.
- Collaborate effectively within a team and manage client relationships successfully.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and introducers.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements.
Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in commercial property, including complex aspects.
- Strong knowledge of referral arrangements and compliance issues.
- IT literate with a willingness to embrace system improvements for efficiency.
- Proven experience in building relationships with new and existing clients and professionals.
- Experience within commercial and residential development sites (desirable).
- Knowledge of agricultural law i.e. farm business tenancies, estate management and entitlements (desirable).
