Real Estate Development - Associate / Senior Associate - Birmingham - Up to £100,000 salary

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a national Legal 500 law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals for all aspects of Real Estate law.

The national Real Estate team has an outstanding reputation for its technical and commercial expertise across all disciplines, including commercial development, commercial investment, mixed-use development, landlord and tenant, retail and leisure, finance and securitisation, real estate litigation, planning and environmental.

The ideal candidate will ideally have experience dealing with development transactions and be able to advise clients regarding acquisitions & disposals of development sites, housing regeneration projects, infrastructure and renewable energy projects.

The Candidate

• Real Estate Solicitor with over 5 years experience in Real Estate
• Expertise in large scale Residential & Mixed use development projects
• Ideally trained or gained experience within a similar national law firm
• Strong commercial acumen and passion for business development
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage a varied caseload
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
