Join our team as Legal Counsel and help us navigate legal complexities—no map or compass required!


As our in-house legal expert, you'll be the guiding force for our teams navigating the exciting landscape of contracts across the UK, Europe, and Africa. Take the lead in ensuring compliance, developing efficient processes, and delivering top-notch training tailored to each region. From steering client negotiations to managing worker agreements and resolving employment issues, you'll bring your knowledge and flair to every aspect of the contract lifecycle. What You’ll Be Doing :


Contract Champion: Join our established UK-based legal team, handling a variety of commercial and legal matters across the UK and Europe while providing first-class legal advice to the business.

Master Negotiator: Draft and negotiate a range of commercial contracts with our clients, contractors, and suppliers, and offer top-notch recruitment engagement support.

Legal Advisor: Negotiate and advise on commercial contracts for services like permanent and contract recruitment, body and staff leasing arrangements, employer of record services, and service agreements.

Global Strategist: Provide legal advice for new ventures in both new and existing territories, ensuring compliance and crafting solid commercial models in collaboration with key stakeholders and the wider legal and commercial team.

Risk Manager: Maintain the integrity of commercial risk mitigation and ensure we stay in line with NES Fircroft’s Schedule of Management Authority (SOMA).


What We’re Looking For


Qualified Talent: You'll have been qualified for at least 1 year with strong experience at either a law firm or an in-house legal department.

Compliance Savvy: Knowledge of contingent workforce compliance in Europe is a big plus.

Deal Closer: You’ve got experience negotiating commercial contracts and can seal the deal with confidence.

Detail Detective: Your attention to detail is second to none, and you’ve got the analytical skills to back it up.

Pressure Performer: You thrive in high-pressure environments and can deliver projects on time, every time.

Communication Pro: You’re great at connecting with people at all levels, managing communication with both junior and senior staff.

Integrity Champion: You bring a blend of commercial and legal expertise with a strong sense of professional integrity, adding real value to our organization and stakeholders.
