The Role

With a turnover of over £700m, our client has a strong presence across the globe, providing expert advice across a range of sectors including, real estate, financial services, technology and energy.

The firm's Real Estate Litigation team is a market leader and known as one of the best practices in the UK, ranked highly across the legal directories. As a team, the practice advises on high-profile landlord and tenant matters, development issues and asset management matters over London's iconic buildings.

The practice is looking for a 2-4 year PQE Real Estate Disputes lawyer to handle a full range of commercial property disputes. Desirable experience includes dealing with development disputes, nuisance, property contract disputes, restrictive covenant disputes, property-related professional negligence claims, and contested lease renewals.

The Candidate

• Property Litigation Associate from a reputable City law firm
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organisation skills
• Commercially aware with enthusiasm for business development
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
