Presales Engineer

Pre-Sales Engineer | Milton Keynes | Hybrid | £75,000 - £85,000 | Double OTE

Are you a Pre-Sales Engineer who is looking for the next step in their career? I’m currently working with a leading Managed Service Provider based in Milton Keynes, dedicated to delivering innovative IT solutions and support to businesses across various industries.

The Role

You will be technically minded, be able to understand and draw up customer requirements and recommend the right products or services to their customers. You will analyse the existing product and services and help the company develop solutions that resonate with the customers’ requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting new business.
• Engaging and interacting with a range of key stakeholders.
• Experience of designing networks.
• Experience of Satellite connections, 4G and 5G.
• Explain all features and benefits of a particular product or service.
• Assist the sales team during technical presentations.

About You

• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical customers.
• Experience of working in a pre-sales or technical consulting role within IT.
• The ability to assess customer needs and tailor IT solutions to meet those needs effectively.
• Proficiency in IT Infrastructure (Servers, Endpoints, Networking)
• Experience in Cloud Technologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of Networking concepts (Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Access Points).
