We are looking for a EU Social & Influence Manager (Outsource) to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the EU Head of Social, Influence and Community, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the social media and omnichannel content strategy across Europe, including the integrated planning, development and deployment of high-impact, data-led, campaigns, alongside always-on initiatives.
- Supporting to build robust frameworks, playbooks, capabilities and processes that enable all local teams across Europe to maximise brand and business results.
- Managing online and social media communities in cooperation with the local teams, agency partners and priority platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube).
- Partnering with the broader marketing and sales teams to build understanding and adoption of social best-practice, and provide strategic counsel on the key opportunities to explore.
- Adopting a clear methodology to measure performance and ROI of all social campaigns to enable clarity on the efficiency and effectiveness of activities, to identify regional best practices and build a repeatable and consistent model across all activities.
- Working with the media team to ensure the flawless integration of paid and organic, ensuring the central processes are always adhered to.
- Briefing and working with agencies as needed to execute – with clarity on the R&R between in- house team and agencies.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure all processes are adhered to, including marketing budget application and management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing or other equivalent.
- A specialist in social media and content marketing, with a minimum of 8 years experience at a Global agency and/or in-house. The ideal candidate will have a background in technology, FMCG or lifestyle, and of working for global brands in B2C or B2B2C.
- Proven track record in social media and content marketing for more than 2 brands.
- With a valid work permit. Honor does not provide visa sponsorship
- Strategic expertise: A deep understanding of social innovation and content strategies, with proven experience of developing and deploying pan-market activations across multiple platforms to deliver brand and business results.
- Strong interpersonal skills: A track record of collaborating and influencing stakeholders across an organisation, to express complex ideas clearly, and to achieve consensus.
- Content development: Experience producing clever, low-cost, quick turnaround content, as well as big brand activations and long-term creative platforms.
- A sense of ownership and a strong business mindset, focused on what is needed to drive impact and commercial results.
- Excellent time management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and able to tackle challenging situations with grace.
- Able to learn and adapt quickly.
- Fluent in English – knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
