£23,000 base salary - First year OTE £40,000

Regular pay rises and lucrative commission scheme.

⏰ Monday to Friday, office based.

• Creating long lists for client mandates.
• Headhunting candidates and generating short lists.
• Developing new business and generating new leads.
• Networking with clients and candidates domestically and internationally.
• Securing deals and making highly lucrative commission.
