Maintain and enforce compliance with billing guidelines, preferences, rates, fee caps, and formatting requirements. Recommend resources for billing submissions and ensure proper rate assignments. Manage updates to client matters and resolve submission rejections or billing issues. Prioritize tasks to meet strict deadlines and propose process improvements. Coordinate with internal teams to address billing-related inquiries and prepare ad hoc financial reports. Analyse and resolve complex billing issues and ensure compliance with client requirements.
