Job Description
Join a leading global audio visual integrator as an experienced AV Events Technician at one of their key client sites in central London!
You will be responsible for delivering a busy schedule of corporate events, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction. Your duties will include preplanning, identifying technical needs, advising in meetings, and executing events, as well as providing support for client meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide AV support for events and execute all tasks as outlined in Event Function Sheets.
Report any service issues affecting the Events Team to the AV Events Team Leader.
Ensure high standards of service are maintained in line with SLAs.
Perform daily administrative tasks and other duties assigned by senior staff.
Maintain consistent standards across all events and follow established processes.
Comply with information security policies, standards, and procedures.
Manage enquiries sent to the Events team mailbox. Key Skills:
At least three years of experience in a client-facing corporate events role.
Ability to deliver high standards within a Corporate Head Office environment.
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software and systems.
Practical experience with Tandberg/Polycom/Lifesize; AMX/Crestron; Clear One; Extron and Mediastar systems.
Experience with digital sound desks, including microphone management and EQ.
Proficiency with multi-camera control systems and vision mixing.
Knowledge of Crestron control systems, including virtual and physical signal routing.
