We are growing and looking for a Sales Operations Administrator to join our band within our Commercial Strategy and Global Hotel Brands divisions. This position is based in our HQ office in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience using Salesforce.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in-person and remote.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills.
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve proactively.
- Ability to work on teams as well as individually.
- Ability to action tasks as assigned.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize among competing tasks.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and highly organized.
- Experience with Pandadoc or other proposal generation software
- Technical Savvy
- Proficiency in Mac OS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
- Google Suite
- Proposal creation and editing for Sales and Service teams.
- Inbound lead distribution and support of marketing demand-generation efforts.
- Provide sales support and manage the transaction process for brand-specific product solutions.
- Facilitation and management of post-transaction logistics, including service initiation and finance support
- Assistance in documentation of all processes affecting sales operations, both pre- and post-close.
- Data quality support for Sales and Service teams within company CRM.
